I have to agree 100% with M3FORME on this one.
There is only so much blood you can squeeze from a stone. It pains me to say but based on what's happened to date it seems Mark is sadly a one trick pony i.e trying to run it a lean as possible and no idea what to do beyond that.
He also keeps hiring fat cats that at the end of the day dont contribute anything of substance to the bottom line moving forward.
The only way this is ever going to go up is with new contracts full stop.
