He ignores the garbage detractors on HC - tolerates the emails because he HAS to - and perseveres trying to bring the company to where he wants it.
I keep coming back to his reasons for pulling hte grey army out of retirement - some of the industries best people.
They want a massively successful gig to go out on - and even proving up the copper at Cacheiras and the gold etc at Longonjo would be a pretty big bang - along with bringing an oil refinery to Angola so they have better facilities on hand as they grow into one of the worlds best oil producing nations.

Any more than that is a bonus imo...

Still waiting for update before changing sentiment back to 'hold'.....
