The share transactions had everything to do with the directors in AGM.
The company employee who made the trades acted with the approval of AGM directors.
As stated by Icash the sudden liquidation in that portfolio may have been partially the cause of the selling which was instructed by the directors of AGM once they realised what there losses were.
