i think we may test yesterdays lows again [around 5500], but i dont not think we'll fall below them

i think the same can actually be said for the US

it seems that whilst a lot of the recovery last night was caused by shorts closing positions, the bargain hunters clearly came out and said, right, enough is enough, here is the floor, and im buying at these levels

corporate profits continue to exceed expectations and forward pe's are at historic lows

that must count for something

everyone i speak to in the US tells me that their cashed up and ready to roll, so i think at levels like last night were going to continue to see that cash put to use
