    who would buy a business with a negative equity of $9m owing ATO $13M with No Growth strategy??

    The Directors and senior management will be left holding this bag of Liabilities when insolvent trading will be proved - NO WHITE NIGHT in site

    Sell what you can at whatever price you get......unfortunately there is no wise men at the birth of this disaster at the hands of this management Team and Board of Directors
