Actually I could be wrong again on the timing issue as time is often a factor of the past but the days don't have to match .
ie; 13 days down from top then 8 days up = 21 days so now after the 2nd leg down of 13 days we can't be sure whether 21 days will be top or bottom but the direction into the date may provide the clue .
