Although Zel have the waiver to pay a div it hasn't been declared yet. The 13c was only a indicative value. As the SP declines and to a 52 week low it's one of those stocks that Warren B would be accumulating. they are still a $1bil company and the cars & aeroplanes are still 95% fossil fuel. So it may no longer be a growth company but still has value. let's see what happens in the next week, could be top up time!
