If they hold their guidance and signal a return to dividends within 2021 the market will respond, noting that dividend funds had to ditch their positions when these returns were put on hold, and alongside that the reality is that petroleum company's are not viewed that favorably in today's vision of electric etc...worth bearing in mind that if they do hold that guidance they reaffirmed in Feb they have acheived it without Jet fuel...so a reasonable upside to contemplate in the medium term...
