nothing really wrong. SGB currently trading at premium to WBC deal.
WBC $22.81 x 1.31 = $29.88 for SGB. So mkt still hopeful of 2nd bidder. but perhaps less so.
But whole banking sector down atm Cba down $1.

2. takeover sentiment down
3. banking index down
