Good comments, although based on the dividend returns in recent years I would have thought the 3 fully franked dividends over the next twelve months would be 7 cents Sept 08, 8 cents Mar 09, & 9 cents in Sept 09, totalling 24 cents.
With a possibility of a takover boosting the sp value it does seem a respectable investment!
