This is "normal" for this stock if someone wishes to buy a reasonable package and quickly there are not that many sellers/market depth. Trouble is this also works in reverse

IMO for PSA to of spent three times the money (onshore wells) for only a 25% stake they must be reasonably sure it's a good idea.
