Ausbil (small cap Aus equity fund) just became a significant holder (>5% ownership). Now importantly, avg. price was 69c - now most fund managers won't be looking for 10-15% gain. So even at 85c, they are only +20% up or so (and they were buying on 9th May still), so clearly the target price is >$1.
