I don't think so in this case. when vpg went up past 4 cents weeks ago, the 3 cent area was "viciously challenged" to about 3.2 but held. technically it was a higher low from the 2.3 low months ago. recent month's activity clearly shows that the "die hard" sellers have already sold and they had a lot of time to do so. IMHO. DYOR
