Spoke to the CFO about a hour ago as regards the Rights Issue and how it was going and just things in general, including the security of the agreement with HCL.

Everything is progressing well,any short fall in take up of the Rights Issue will be offered to selected investors.

There are no problems with the Partership with HCL and the" Going Concern" clause in the latest annual report is just standard practice for exploration companies that need to raise capital from time to time.

Success at the Surda Mine may lead to more Joint Ventures with the India Goverment according to the CFO and speaking with him gives me confidence to take up my full Rights issue.
