This baby has been flying in anticipation of them being awarded 2 big contracts - one for the Manchester Waste Project and one for the Minproc project development in Brazil. Should know something late next month. Looking very promising. If they get either or both then my forcast is $3.50 short term target for one project and close to $4.00 for both. Word is some big institutions are getting in on this one and should continue to move steadily towards $3.00 as the announcements are made.
