Guys
I am flying by the seat of my pants here - just like everyone else - pretty unfamiliar territory
BT seems to be the only one with a working grasp on how things work but he/she seems not to hold - if that's the case BT, thanx for maintaining an interest. It's appreciated
Thanx for the thoughts Cliff but to be honest, I wouldn't want to dissuade anyone doing what they feel appropriate - and that's for no other reason than I dont know what's appropriate atm myself - so for mine, if you think your interests are best served filling the administrators inbox up - then go for your life. As I see it we have had way to much gently bently approach for far too long and now its crunch time and I dont want anyone to think after if it all falls in a heap - oh I should have done this or that - so go for your life if you think its worth saying something. My only request is - keep itas professional and unemotional as you can - the actions of the administrators will be governed by laws and practices - not emotion.
BTW - I do not feel I am in a position to represent anyone and I don't have time to "lead" anything - its not that I am disinterested - it is just that my time is fully occupied bringing this brief together for a lawyer and doing my day job as well - not even time today to check a single stock price let alone do a trade lol.
My two key aims atm are to finalise the briefing note I am preparing for the lawyer in which I seek to show clear examples of how shareholders were misled. It will be upto him to determine if the conduct was misleading and deceptive and if they want to persue it.
I have done this sort of thing before - not on a legal issue - it was against a govt dept for maladministration where they tried to decieve the investigator and I had to untangle the web. On that occassion it took weeks to put things together - and went on for a good year - 18 months but this time we dont have weeks
Putting it all together is no easy task - as you can imagine, if the conduct was intended to be deceptive - it only stands to reason that it is a convoluted path one treads trying to demonstrate it - remember the old saying - oh what a tangled web we weave when first..... so as you might imagine - to put it in an orderly and reasoned manner one has to untangle the web and lay it out in an orderly fashion.
The next step is to work towards demonstrating negligence. That may be a bit less complicated from what I can see.
Had contact with the lawyer today and he is awaiting the submission.
Till we hear something - all I can say is do what you feel is best for you.
