i think what SRF is saying is that and im not 100% sure because we dont have all the details, only speculating but i believe that all the facts were in front of mr Hamilton and his legal team this was all written in the contract and all AGS have done is what was laid out in the deal.
Hence we may not be able to do a great deal about it because in the twists and turns and legal jargon of the contract we have basically been had,Legally

VS this forum is for us all to voice our opinions times like this we should vent our frustrations at the true people at fault not pick bones out of each others posts
hence my official complaint who knows it may go nowhere but then again Asic may be the people to desipher this mess or at least put some true facts out, this is why i asked other holders to do the same the more noise we make the quicker we may get answers.
