    Yep; the issued 62 million shares seems to damage the share price.

    Mr Hamilton has a lot of explanation to do; the current AGS matter including those 62 million shares issued today. Tomorrow I will write a formal complain to ASIC.

    Mr Hamilton's duty is to increase shareholders value - not to destroy it.
