the only things i disagree with Kalenn, are the comments inexpensive to mine and metallurgy return rates. Sure, they are predicted to be excellent. But actual operation often sees a much different result.
Take a look at SFR where throwing money at problems is of little regard: their mill was heavily underproducing, only up until recently.
