    With a very big chunk of the company now held by management, Glencore/Xtrata and Blackrock I suggest they would be the only real candidate. They are going to make lots from AVB so they may be well contented to leave the company with the team that have shown their ability in creating it. Note they haven't asked for board seats. I think we are safe but you never know!
