There is a third option...they (CAU) decided to take the $0.095 offer now rather than having to accept maybe $0.075 in three months time when they still don't have a single sale to their name.
Several moths ago i warned that these guys had a problem with cash reserves. Several poster suggested I was being too harsh and instaed i should be patient and wait for the sales to arrive in due course and everything would be fine. So much for that stupid advice.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, if their (CAU) product - ovine collagine- is so good then why aren't people banging down their door to get it. My guess is they are having QA problems and can't reproduce high vols of collagine suitable for marketing purposes at consistent quality.
