sigmadelta: You making reference to that remark starting at around 13.05 "..they are not on our Christmas list any more....", of course, and you are SO very CORRECT!!
I have lived and worked in the past (quite some long time ago) for more than 11 years in Japan and I would never have made such a STUPID remark that will be seen by the Japanese as a real INSULT, of course.
Firstly, Christmas is not a really important event in Japan - but the INTERNATIONAL staff of Fuji (fluent English speakers and FULLY aware of 'Western cultural' sayings etc. etc.) will bring this to the attention of the management of Fuji should those not nowadays also already be much more 'international' than in those bygone days when I did reside in Japan....
