Did you go to the AGM yourself? Was Resolution 7 talked about at all by any of those in favor of it or was it simply put straight to the vote? Did you want to alter it a little (I think a reference to an existing clause number needed a tweak so as to not delete something if carried)- if so did they let you?
I wish another stock I hold had some more activist shareholders that were willing to challenge management on some things.
