Yeah, it certainly bypasses all the zealots at MSB excuses/ complaining about unethical arm of trial in deathly GvHD. But hey, It took CYP and team / FDA to think of it not SI and his backwards trial designs "excuses"
Been their excuse for many years.....so maybe not silly to expect an approval off 60 patients (in adults mainly) and given MSB only had 55.....I wouldn't rule it (AA) out
