Yes I would like to know what the KPIs that resulted in payments were last year. And I think it would be healthy to know and to be routinely told. Like told each year.

I don't know if they'll tell me as a shareholder if I ask.

I don't know if they'll tell you as a potential shareholder if you ask.

I do know it would cost you little effort to try you could send an email to Ross saying I'm curious and a potential shareholder at a price where I see value but I'm concerned about getting value for my money do you mind telling me what the KPIS were that resulted in payments last year?

Why don't you ask that - feel free to asquire my text if you want to.

I asked a lot of questions in a forum where I thought the questions might be answered - you saw me try to get other shareholders here to engage with that and to the company's credit they pretty much were answered.

I tried to get others here to also ask questions because I'm a minority shareholder.

Nobody really likes extra accountability but pretty much everyone knows its good for us to get it as shareholders especially when the company hasn't performed well over quite a few years now. That didn't go so well. But it failed on the engagement of the other shareholders side not on the company being willing to answer side - and I think that was because of the environment that's been created here.

So I have a lot of things I want that I don't get. And I have to prioritise. Now after an AGM and with nearly a year to the next one the question you are interested in and you can keep harping on about and I am too isn't amongst the most urgent or important ones I'd like to ask.

What I'm more interested in is why CYP cells that are supposed to be (its been a major point of difference being plugged by the company) from a single donor and homologous were as heterogeneous (varied) as they were in the recent poster by Margeaux Hodgson-Garns.

The poster omits some of the comments in the original paper that is referenced. This paper by the way is also referenced by a 2021 paper by Bauer and Klinker (the FDA/CBER guys that reviewed MSB BLA submission and spoke at ODAC and will probably be reviewing both MSB and CYPs future submissions).

This picture (on the right hand side under "extrinsic signals" shows cells in 2D - which is how both CYP and MSB grow them and it shows that their positions can affect what signals (cytokines etc) they get and so what fates they have.
