Here's how I, as a potential investor see it: If I am not aware of the KPI's and exactly why it was paid, then that's exactly the way the BoD's want it. I have my answer before I ask. If I was a shareholder, I would be more demanding of the question as well as wanting to know why it is blatantly being withheld in a year where things specifically didn't happen and any progress was achieved by third parties.
