Not long after Sumitomo did their due diligence and said 'sayonara to Cynata', FujiFilm flipped some cash (let's get as far away from this thing tax) and left CYP to GVHD. GVHD being so very significant and important.
Since then Cynta has talked up GVHD a treat. With no FDA type cash and no one to pay for it.
Right now, I reckon they are staying quiet hoping everyone has forgotten what they have been banging on about for 18 months.
It's a house of cards. Resignations are imminent. All IMO of course but I've been known to get calls like this right from time to time - I prophesized Fred's demise at MSB a long way out.
I reckon the whole of Japan is off CYP.
