I think that the negotiations between Cynata and Sumitomo (and FujiFilm) broke down over the KPI's. No deal, regardless of the SP buy out, if the KPIs arent included and paid out in full, without question or explanation (just like it has been done for years).
Fair enough too - the BoDs are doing all the heavy lifting buy saving SH funds by not doing anything. Hey Hector? No one does nothing like Cynata!
