What do you need ADR for. A nightmare to manage that will add multiples to administration cost. And for US investors they lack volume , this would also be felt in the Aus market as prices comparison of the market comes into the dally SP movement never mind the impact on the volume in the Aus market.
MSB have made mistakes, learn from them.
