Thanks for the reply, so CYP owe 30% of fees received, so if I am trying to figure out the value of a takeover I should use 70% of the bid? I assume the 30% applies to the whole ips platform of CYP?
The low dilution of CYP is great the market cap is really low versus the potential value, just want to make sure I use the right value.
I didn’t quite understand the second link, that was for one of MSB’s drugs? Is that to show what a structure looks like of a drug purchase?
