My thinking is that Japanese companies are conservative by nature and therefore would not have included CYP as part of their comms material unless they have some undertaking that this will proceed; hence, GHVD option is locked in
My only question is regarding the timing of the official signature and what else does it include?
Also, unlikely, but can Fuji ask for an extension to the 90days? On what basis will it be given?
