It's called speculation....just because I think it could be a TO, does not mean 100% it will happen, who said that? 
No-one. It's all just a bit of banter till we find out...
IF it is only GvHD (will be surprised at this late stage), then as mentioned, I'll likely lighten some more depending on the reaction...

The reason you're copping a bit is you have made some pretty stupid assumptions....and most here seem to be agreeing.

1. The reason for delay is most likely Fuji are saving the interest payments (and you know this because you're a "beancounter" - you said it)
2. Then followed up with TO talk is silly (even though Fuji have done this multiple times after taking a circa 10% stake and is their MO)
3. Then suggested "Short term holders would love a TO currently " - NO, it's just a possibility worth considering and most here have been LONG.
4. Then yesterday, suggested the biggest concern is Fuji not even exercising.

So maybe it's time for you to chill as you suggested, as the issue just might be with you.
