As you ALL know approximately 700 stocks have been "coralled" by this extraordinary Opes Prime situation - i might add that most of the investment community have never heard of OP before this shambles - extraordinary what a bit of cheap brokerage and "special" margin arrangements can do to lure the "sheep into the pen". I guess OP must have had a FSL or at least had access to one.
As you will all also know - some of these "lines of stock" as opposed to "lines" of anything else are either pretty much allocated in block crossings or sold down.
Now back to the business in hand - the legal scenario will continue.
