The New board has many challenges ahead. Peter ,DK ,Jury and Jason are now charged with the responsiblity of developing the business, achieving sustainable cashflow that leads to profits and a return to the shareholders.
We have not had an announcement of work since September when the Island Resort project was released. Now the distractions of NS and Mals campaign are over we need a roadmap for success and then action.
No more Rainbows , Iphone add ons, and MOUs without evidence of returns.
They will need to find money either from Mal,capital raising or other sources that has the least dilutive effort on share numbers.
The relationships with Foxconn , Avnet , Vivotek NEC and others will need to be appraised along with the recent offer for trantek.
No doubt exciting times for men who thrive on business challenges.
