It looks like they don't have to raise as much into JBL as I previously thought. In this markt raising $20m to $30m into $200m will be a walk in the park, it just comes down to price. As for the sum of the parts the add ons like Buzz are bigger and bigger. I don't know why JBL needed to advise the market it did a $1m Conv Loan that is not material for a $50m company so I'm thinking that suggests they've shown us all the sub business units inside JBL BRL.

Thank you for the time and trouble to explain that, it does somewhat settle my angst a bit. Like you I'm keen to see where we open at - when that happens so might put this out of my mind for a bit longer and see how it pans out. Will keep watching for your experienced opinions, much appreciated.
