The 10k thought is was easy money..back to the end of the dole queue dopey.
An agent tried calling me this week regarding a commercial property next door to the one i own and rang my home number, tried calling my business partners and then finally found my mobile phone...its act of desperation. He asked if i was interested to buy and i said for about 600k less than the asking price. He said he'll take the offer to the vendor. He may even call my bluff!!
Any offer is a good offer for r/e agents at present. If it gets rejected then my next offer will be 700k less than asking price.
