Folding most has done a favour to my wealth . I have a sneeky feeling it aint as bad as the picture seems. The nasties have had their fun and driven the SP to shocking level. The nasties do protest too much
If +ve cash flow hoves into view ( NIHL?/ Escrow? ) and we can get a good handle on underlying cash flow and profitability ........it may well look very different as 2017 progresses.
DYOR but if I get that feeling I would be gently increasing .
