If you have a good look at the board of directors and their profiles, there R some good people in their that have been inducted lately.
However my thinking is that except the CEO others dont seem to have much teeth and are non-executive directors.
So looks like SGH has been primarily a one man show company.

Hence the reason of the downfall and poor decision making on financial front.

I dont think if other non executive directors had their say we will there where we R now.
