In the wake of the Opes Prime debarcle,the ASX should have reviewed the rules regarding disclosure of directors holdings in margin accounts,especially in small cap stocks.SH holders should have been informed that directors did not actually own the stock.If such a rule had been in place the whole mess could have been avoided.I was'nt in ADY at the time but was caught out in another holding(ROYOA).
