For hydrogen to be green, UK needs 30x the amount of wind farms it currently have to make it remotely feasible.
don’t get me wrong, I’m all for the planet and not being sarcastic here.
but any politician will look at what happened in Texas to wake up to reality of what can and can’t be done with tech.
sometimes, the idea maybe sound. But the tech we have do not support it yet.
I think when we have a solution from a tech level, that is the time to write off traditional energy producers. It is inevitable, like e-commerce vs bricks.
