I bought NZ Windfarms at 5c ($15m cap - which was less than the net cash), rolled the board and sold it for 10c as I didn't trust the new crew (it's 20c now).

With microcaps the issue of control is particularly important, directors stealing from you and the information is not really public. I was lucky that the directors were honorable and didn't screw me over as it's so unusual, there's many ways they can act to sabotage activist investors unless you own 20% and organise the coup without them knowing (subject to the provisions of the takeovers act, not colluding for control).

Management can steal from you with large caps but everyone knows the work we at $TSLAQ have been doing for the last 3 years, dealing with journalists and regulators to little avail. When the fraud is exposed and Elon Musk goes to jail no-one can say they didn't know about the issues.

@Fishinnick Elon Musk is a protected species you were so right but economic reality comes for him, the short-sellers will have our day in the sun. If he's shafted the Chinese they aren't going to roll over and play dead like the US government does for fraudsters.

Chinese only export their fraudulent companies, they won't be the sucker at the table.
