yep, any price I guess. But I am unclear as to how long EGO has to sell the shares.
Because, as a general comment, it seems the original shareholders are left without shares, and without money, until such time as EGO sell the shares.
So that is why I think EGO is obliged to not hang around, and sell them quickly?
they say "as soon as practicable".
Healyn, I think there are a number of possible announcements that could move the SP.
And I think they will come before the AGM. Just imho.
