How long?
If it was ASAP, then as we can see theres plenty of buy offers at .004, but to me that would not be the best move, but then again its up to management, what l'm also unclear about is how many of these shareholders details would be upto date. People move and change addresses they close bank accounts or they pass away, it really isn't a simple a task as the idea really sounds, so what happens to those monies that they cannot return back to the original S/H, does it paid into some government unclaimed trust fund or you would think they may need to hire detectives to find some…..lots of work ahead
