SoT, I understand taking it private would be good for venture capital and possibly advance the science faster (?), but why do you think it would be a smart move for existing PYC shareholders if they spun-out their best tech?
I'm a shareholder because I think it is undervalued.
If they have the $'s to run it for a few years wouldn't it be better to see how they go with Janssen and others, i.e. realise more value, before selling it off?
