Hi Peace, seems like if it wasnt for the sudden mysterious sp boost over the past few months it would be business as usual. Seems like from past experience there was never a hope in hell of a license announcement in feb. You have to laugh really but weve both been following these guys long enough to not be surprised. The only difference between now and the early endosomal escape trap presentation that was supposed to cause a splash is that they appear to now have proven the technology at least to some degree. I guess the presentation circuit was probably like the rest of us cynics when they presented originally -ie "endosomal escape trap would be great but hey its PYC. We all know these guys talk up a storm but never deliver anything except CR's. They might as well be talking about building a new 3d gold bar printer " The only question now seems to be how repeatable and robust is their escape trap technology and can it be readily applied to multiple targets or only the few they have heavily processed. From bioexec etc it seems that if the technology truly works across the board it could well be a 3d gold bar printer, but at this point with no license and no particularly strong indication or announcement from Janssen that the technoligy exists and is awesome, even the current sp rise may only be down to cautious optimism (Or downright manipulation?)
