I thought for a long time Phylogica would do better as a private company BDM had the right idea last year. Delist continue pushing forward outside of the spotlight then list again floating saying 10% of the company on a foreign index a year or two later with a new value.
Talking about spin-offs though what happened with Phenomica ? Supposedly surrounded by partners / venture funds that wanted a bite ? yet 3 years later ? ?
The thing is if Endosomal Escape is supposedly successful then what's it really saying about it if Janssen don't move to license or acquire the company / technology but would rather "spin it off" ?
