peace - I hear you on the sunny side up crap biotechs feed you - I learned a long time ago the hard way with the AGX and PTD merger failure. I thought the same with GC at ADO first but realised he wasn't trying to talk the company up to me - he was just excited about the MnG product and that was infectious.
I am just talking facts type questions like the ones you suggested - think their corporate governance is a bit slack - no 3b since the raising, no top 20 etc but they are not things that concern me right now so won't chase them on it.
