Nicholas Mather and the board have suggested that it is greatly to their advantage that they are going to do the drilling and exploratory work on their own without the need for large company farm-ins.

On the other hand, Richard Cottee, the new CEO of Central Petroleum, has made just the opposite pitch in a presentation, suggesting that the only way forward for CTP is to use opium (OPM - Other People's Money). He is now actively looking for large company buy-ins to pay for the work needed to bring his huge tenements into production.

My knowledge of oil/gas production is very limited and I'm wondering if Cottee is right and that we (I'm a holder of AJQ) are being disadvantaged by not bringing in an experienced company with expertise and equipment. I am aware of the experience and record of the current AJQ board but my question is: do they have both the expertise and equipment to do the job?

    Any comments greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Det
