10yr bond yields are starting to rise now, nearly 50% up on their yields at the depth of coronavirus fear (0.7% to just above 1%).
Effects both the risk adjusted rate of return and the cost of debt.
Already starting to impact the REIT sector, I wonder if if will start to negatively effect Telstra and its 4% yield.
