 The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) process for construction and operation of Magnolia continues. LNGL continues to receive requests for environmental information requests.
 Once this is complete FERC will issue a Notice of Schedule, followed by the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS).
 A final environmental impact statement (FEIS) should follow around four months later.
 This is a trigger (after 90 days) for the Department of Energy to grant non-FTA (free trade agreement) status for the project.
 30-45 days after FEIS is issued, FERC could issue a conditional order authorising the project.
